1. What is AskAway?

AskAway is a powerful, current generation, AI sales agent that goes on your website. 4. Why are AskAway's chatbots better than others?

  1. AskAway chatbots are heavily trained on every website in which they’re installed. The knowledge comes from content on the website itself, knowledge provided from the website’s owner that’s harvested for this purpose, access to the Web as a whole, and industry-specific knowledge in those vertical industries where AskAway is specializing. 6. How long does it take to set up?

It can be up and running in 2-3 business days. You can sign up today, and provide your website URL in the process. We'll create the agent for your website and provide you with a working code snippet and a testing site a few days later. You can upload it to your site right away, or you can test out your AI agent and provide us any adjustments you'd like to make to it. All of this will be done before you pay us a dime by using the 30 day free trial. At any time, you can cancel the subscription, at which point your agent would be deactivated.

7. Do you specialize in a specific industry?

Yes, our marketing efforts are focused on companies in the (a) gem, jewelry and watch industries, (b) original art, and (c) rare wine and spirits. But AskAway doesn’t care. It happily answers questions about any company, in any industry. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.

8. My site isn't ecommerce, it's more informational. Would this be appropriate for me?

Absolutely, AskAway is there to answer questions. Whether it’s a prelude to an ecommerce transaction, or just a customer needing information, AskAway will rise to the occasion.

9. My question isn't covered here, how do I get it answered?
