2. What it Costs

AskAway’s standard AI Sales Agent is just $66/month, with an annual membership. There are no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime.

3. How to Get Started

Here’s the simple subscription and setup process:

a. Sign Up
Start your membership here. We’ll ask for standard information, including the URL of the site where your AI agent will be installed.

b. Content Gathering
In addition to pulling relevant information from your website, we’ll ask you to complete an information-gathering form. This allows you to provide additional details about your company and products. You can update this information anytime.

c. Delivery of Demo and Code Snippet
Within a few days of signing up, you’ll receive an email with two key items:

  • Demo Link
    This lets you test the AI Sales Agent and see how it responds to customer questions. If you notice any gaps or issues, just let us know—we’ll refine the AI’s responses accordingly.

  • Code Snippet
    Ready to activate your AI Sales Agent? Simply embed the provided code snippet on your website—your web manager can place it in the top navigation bar to ensure it appears on every page. Installation takes just a minute or two and can be removed just as easily if needed.

d. Membership Begins
Your Membership starts when you receive your customized AI agent and installation link. If there is any delay in preparing your AI agent, you’ll get those days added for free before the second billing period.

e. Billing Begins
You can cancel at any time, and billing will stop immediately.
